Why is self-analysis useful?


 


 

Some of us may feel the overwhelming desire to go away and to think more often than usual, preoccupation with thinking is one of the most meaningful tasks, often after some time has passed. We spend a long time in work. We will yearn to be alone with our minds. Thinking is an open and chaotic experience that overwhelms us with feelings and gives us confusion and enthusiasm, and we continuously yearn to categorize ideas and sort them, we remain awake until late at night, we prolong thinking even when we bathe We wake up early and write a brochure which is a summary of our thoughts, and therefore we will feel remarkably light and refreshed due to the process of leading feelings and turning them into ideas, we are already driven to philosophy such as the aphorism that is attributed to Socrates in which he says: "A life where there is no intellectual analysis is not worthy To live "life as Socrates says Good, but uncomfortable


 

We need to move ourselves and think, because sometimes we may feel sad, but we cannot determine the cause of this disturbance that is somewhere in our mind hidden away from consciousness, the more we leave the sadness unattended, the more it begins to color everything we share, our experiences become Without taste and meaningless, and dark fog descends on consciousness, and as a result we will feel confusing anxiety, our thoughts refuse to compromise, we try to find relief by running away from ourselves through our smart phones or electronic games, but we cannot hide the effect of that anxiety, our eyelids will start to shiver , And we will bite off the hard skin around our nails, our minds know there are things to do To focus on it, but it dodges the spread of nervous electricity on our thoughts so that we do not think about it, or we may become foul and we explode with a sudden tantrum, realizing that the real reason is not the sock on the floor or the sound of the door creaking that was opened by the wind and that these reasons cannot Justifying our overwhelming anger, and pride and defensive denial impede us from understanding our own selves and understanding the reasons behind this tantrum of anger, but on the positive side of things that we did not understand or analyze in ourselves we might feel envious and excited when we heard about an original and original project organized by a friend Or, we feel that enthusiasm when we read p A new kind of creativity and adventure, or when we watch a documentary film wonderful and exciting ideas, excitement does not leave us alone, but do not say in clear terms what you want


 

In the context of the aforementioned events, we often retreat to think and hold a pen and paper, whether we are at home or on a train on a two-hour trip where we flee by ourselves and talk to it and we return to the contents of our minds and deliberately go into the distorted meanings of our minds and subject them to logic and reasons


 


 

When we are anxious, we ask what steps we should take, what should others do? What should happen and when? We may be encouraged and dwell on our sad, angry, sad feelings, our sudden weakness may have been because of someone we saw for a while at the airport who looked kind, understanding, and compassionate. His vision necessitated the memory of emotions and lost treatment in our current relationship.

Or perhaps our weakness was due to a painful message we received from a friend in which we felt hurt and bitterness, or perhaps seeing a beautiful and sunny day from the window made us feel remorse and made us think to what extent our lives became costly and routine rid of our courage that drives us at risk


 

We must let our sorrow take its natural form, go deep into thinking about our wounds, and give space to our longing for the past.

There may not be an immediate solution to sadness and painful feelings, but meditating on them and giving ourselves time and space will greatly help us in knowing their features, which gives us an opportunity to overcome them, our pain needs a hearing, not only that but also we should pay similar attention to that The things that arouse enthusiasm in us, that we listen to them and imagine reforming our lives under their leadership, we will bring with us the necessary positive anxiety that arises from the recognition of the number of opportunities available to us and the amount of what can and should be changed in the current situation


 


 

The more we think, the more obvious our fears, hopes and resentments become clearer, and as a result we will be less anxious than our minds bear, less dissatisfied, quieter and mature about our direction in life so that our path becomes clear, we must realize how much we have to rely on the practice of philosophy Which means the pursuit of accurate, understandable and manageable knowledge
